Currently undergoing a capital improvement program, 99 & 119 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany recently added new tenants.

Cushman & Wakefield on Feb. 26 announced arranging seven leases totaling more than 50,000 square feet at the buildings.

Managing Director William O’Keefe and Director Courtney Rosenkrantz represented The Birch Group, the landlord, in the transactions.

Jersey City-based The Birch Group acquired the properties in 2020. Plans for the capital upgrades came a year later. Together, 99 & 119 Cherry Hill Road total 190,000 square feet.

Located off Interstates 287 and 80, the surrounding area offers retail, dining and entertainment options.

H2M – lease expansion, 2,578 square feet
Business Credentialing Services – lease renewal, 10,583 square feet

According to O’Keefe, Jersey City-based AMI Management will oversee day-to-day management of the property as well as implement the capital improvement program, ultimately, to meet the needs of today’s tenants.

Improvements at the property will bring an updated lobby, common areas, conference room and outdoor courtyard.

The office properties feature a pond, on-site property management, ample parking, and plug-and-play suites.
